PROFILE

The Hydraulics division of L. Schaible GmbH & Co. KG emerged in 2025 from Zisterer Präzisionsdrehteile GmbH. The specialist for mobile hydraulics/hydraulic components was integrated into the ORCA Group at its Gosheim location back in 2000. To meet the constantly growing demands of the hydraulics industry, Zisterer moved into its own modern facility at Albertistraße 2 in Schwenningen in 2009. The complex processes were restructured in the current premises. In particular, the core competencies in grinding, finishing, and honing hydraulic components, as well as the grinding of precision shafts and pistons, were sustainably strengthened. Completely assembled valves and hydraulic assemblies expanded the production spectrum of the company in the following years, which has been operated as an independent plant within L. Schaible GmbH & Co. KG since 2025.
