PROFILE

The company ORCA KBS GmbH & Co. KG, located at Spittelbronner Weg 87 in Schwenningen, was founded in 2007. The production is focused on machining of precision parts in large quantities for the automotive, hydraulics and apparatus engineering industries.

For this large-scale production, ORCA KBS uses state-of-the-art CNC multi-spindle machines from Index and DMG MORI. In order to meet all the logistical and operational requirements of a CNC multi-spindle production, a new modern building was set up especially for this purpose in 2008. The know-how of CNC multi-spindle technology has been continuously developed since the foundation until today and reaches a high acceptance by the customers.
